Cabbage, pork and ponzu

Refreshing pork with ponzu. Good for summer.

材料
About half a cabbage
About 1 medium package of pork
Grated garlic (a tube is sufficient)
Sake
Mirin
Ponzu
作り方
  1. Mix the pork with the grated garlic and blend it in
    1. Place it in a suitable plastic bag
    2. Add about 3cm of grated garlic tube
    3. Let it sit for a while
  2. Slice cabbage
  3. Fry the cabbage in pan (with oil)
  4. When the cabbage starts to wrinkle, open the middle of the pan and fry the pork
  5. When the pork is cooked, add sake and mirin and fry some more
  6. Transfer to a plate and pour ponzu vinegar
