Sweet and spicy stir-fried lotus root and pork

材料
lotus root
Pork (as much as lotus root)
mirin
soy sauce
作り方
  1. Preparation of lotus root
    1. Peel the peel with a peeler
    2. I don't expose the peel to water because it's a pain
    3. Cut into rounds (about 1cm wide). Stir-fry the lotus root (with sesame oil or something similar)
  2. When the lotus root is cooked, stir-fry the pork
  3. Add the mirin and soy sauce and stir-fry some more
  4. The mirin and soy sauce are in equal quantities
