Sweet and spicy stir-fried lotus root and pork
材料
lotus root
Pork (as much as lotus root)
mirin
soy sauce
作り方
- Preparation of lotus root
- Peel the peel with a peeler
- I don't expose the peel to water because it's a pain
- Cut into rounds (about 1cm wide). Stir-fry the lotus root (with sesame oil or something similar)
- When the lotus root is cooked, stir-fry the pork
- Add the mirin and soy sauce and stir-fry some more
- The mirin and soy sauce are in equal quantities
