Refreshing pork with ponzu. Good for summer.
材料
About half a cabbage
About 1 medium package of pork
Grated garlic (a tube is sufficient)
Sake
Mirin
Ponzu
作り方
- Mix the pork with the grated garlic and blend it in
- Place it in a suitable plastic bag
- Add about 3cm of grated garlic tube
- Let it sit for a while
- Slice cabbage
- Fry the cabbage in pan (with oil)
- When the cabbage starts to wrinkle, open the middle of the pan and fry the pork
- When the pork is cooked, add sake and mirin and fry some more
- Transfer to a plate and pour ponzu vinegar
